Untangling a web of acquisition marketing problems.  A organisation needed some help getting to the bottom of some new business metrics.  We helped them understand how affiliates, natural search and paid search all fitted together and armed then with the right questions to challenge their existing suppliers about performance and, most importantly, commission payments.  As a result they lowered their cost per acquisition without affecting sales volumes.

A full service agency wanted to appoint an email marketing vendor but had little experience of the marketplace and how to manage a selcetion process. We helped them build a matrix for scoring each of 27 UK vendors based on cost, pricing, service levels and technology capability.  In the end the agency ran with 2 suppliers and has enjoyed success with the channel for a number of their clients.

A fashion retailer needed to convince franchaisees and independent retailers that a direct on-line channel was both a necessary and profitable strategy for future survival.  We arranged a number of seminar presentations and workshops to engage the audience on the potential for web and email to deliver an intimate, relevant experience that will drive up share of wallet, average order values and long term relationships.
